Representative Vezey moved the appropriations in Sec. 8 (page 3, line 26 through page 4, line 6) under Art. IX, section 17(c) of the Constitution of the State of Alaska from the constitutional budget reserve fund. Representative Brown moved to divide the question. Objection was heard. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
